Ingredients
1can (28 oz)diced fire roasted tomatoes
1/2-3/4cupchopped yellow onion
1cuplightly packed chopped cilantro
1clovegarlicchopped
1jalapenochopped
1tbspfresh lime juice
1tspsalt
1/2tbspsugar
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients together. Process until your desired consistency. Scrape the side if needed.
Notes
If you prefer less heat, remove the core and seeds of jalapeno.
To avoid spilling, it’s recommended to use a large capacity (14 cups or larger) food processor or blender (our food processor is 11 cups capacity and spills a little.)
